Color Challenge at The Outlawz - Sept.4

Can you believe it is September already? We are starting to feel an autumn nip in the air here on Prince Edward Island. I have to say I am sad to say goodbye to summer. It has been an especially nice one. Ah well.

It is Tuesday and that means time for another color challenge over at The Outlawz. This week Guylou chose our manly color palette with a manly picture for inspiration. The twist is, of course, to make a masculine card. This month's sponsor is Inky Impressions Rubber Stamps.

Here is my design team card. My sailboat focal point is a pin that I picked up at a yard sale in a box of findings for a quarter.I took the back off and hot-glued it to the card front.

Thanks for stopping by.

Blessing hugs,

Such a great way to use a 'find' - the embossing really sets it off superbly :)
