TLC Creations Sentiment Contest

TLC Creations is having a card making contest with a unique twist. You have to come up with your own original sentiment for one of the images provided. I thought of my sentiment as soon as I saw this feminine little crab. I hope you like it too.

I plan to post another card later today, as soon as I make it. :)

Blessings,
Teresa

Hi Teresa - thanks for your lovely comments on my blog. Absolutely love your card.... we seem to be the only two who have chosen this image so far. Great sentiment as well. Good luck.

Ha ha, I love your sentiment! I also adore the color scheme, and how the pink on the bottom corresponds to the pink of the crab.
Thank you for your lovely comment & for becoming a follower - I really like what I see, so I'm following you too!
I love your blog's background. I have some paper like that!

What a lovely crab creation, Teresa. Your sentiment is just so sweet. The colirs of your card are lovely and beachy, the anchor is a wonderful addition.

Thanks for your lovely comments, Karen, and thanks for following.

Yes, we do seem in the minority for choosing the little crab. I really do love your design.

Hi Christina (cg) and welcome to my blog. Thanks for your nice comments on my card. That pink border was a last minute 'slap it on there' idea from my scrap pile. I'm glad you like it.

Blessings,
Teresa

Thanks Hetty. I was going for a beach feel when I selected my papers, so it's nice to know I hit the nail.

The anchor was a pin from a yard sale find. I just took off the pin back and glued it on. I love yard sales. It's my favorite place to pick up unique 'papers' and embellishments. I really should start blogging about some of my finds. It's almost as fun as making the cards.

Blessings on your weekend,
Teresa

Thanks Sara. I'm surprised by how many people really like that anchor. It was in a box of tidbits that I bought mainly for the box. :D

Thanks Sheree. I hope Paulette thinks so, too. In any event, it was fun coming up with my own sentiment to go with the image. I think I will try that more often from now on.

Blessings,
Teresa
